Lisa Guidi

Background

Lisa Guidi joined League and Williams in January 2021 as a litigator, with a focus on civil litigation and estate disputes.  Lisa Guidi completed her articles jointly with Dominion GovLaw LLP, and League and Williams Lawyers.  After her articles she continued to practice with Dominion GovLaw LLP where she advised clients with respect to improving bylaws and policies and gained litigation experience representing clients on a variety of municipal law and insurance defence matters before the BC Supreme Court and the BC Provincial Court.  Lisa also has experience in developing and presenting legal training materials.

Lisa Guidi is a proven and effective communicator who is capable of analyzing complex problems and developing effective litigation strategies that meet her clients’ needs and deliver results.

Lisa Guidi completed a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Psychology at the University of British Columbia – Okanagan and went on to complete her Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia’s Peter A. Allard School of Law.

Lisa is a member of the Victoria Bar Association and a past member the License Inspectors and Bylaw Officers Association of BC’s Education Committee.

When Lisa Guidi is not practicing law, she enjoys Scuba diving and travelling, enjoying dives in Belize, the Azores and the Canary Islands.  Lisa also enjoys powerlifting and is an ice cream aficionado with a taste for premium pints.
